Scope
:
The Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer will focus on providing first tier technical support to our customer base.
Responsibilities
:
Answering incoming problem calls
Opening and updating tickets
Collecting and tracking information and details of the problem
Resolve issues and escalate calls to tier 2 personnel if necessary
Requirement
:
0 ~3 years experience
Knowledge on Telecom protocols like SS7, VOIP is an advantage
Basic UNIX/Solaris knowledge is preferred
Strong customer service approach
Background in Telecom service industry preferred
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated initiative and flexibility
Excellent attitude
Willingness to work in shifts
