Job Title : Tier 1 Engineer

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Pune, India

Scope : The Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer will focus on providing first tier technical support to our customer base.

Responsibilities :

  • Answering incoming problem calls
  • Opening and updating tickets
  • Collecting and tracking information and details of the problem
  • Resolve issues and escalate calls to tier 2 personnel if necessary

Requirement :

  • 0 ~3 years experience
  • Knowledge on Telecom protocols like SS7, VOIP is an advantage
  • Basic UNIX/Solaris knowledge is preferred
  • Strong customer service approach
  • Background in Telecom service industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and flexibility
  • Excellent attitude
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Quick Learner
