Beginning with Service Update 210, the PowerMedia HMP default installation directory structure changes from Intel\HMP to Dialogic\HMP. A complete uninstall of the previous software release is required before any customer installs Service Update 210 or higher from a machine that had Service Update 202 or lower. Once Service Update 210 or higher is installed, then future service updates may use the update install rather than the full install. See the release update section 1.2 for further information.
If you have previously installed PowerMedia HMP 2.0 or PowerMedia HMP 1.3 service update, you must first uninstall the PowerMedia HMP 2.0/1.3 SU using the standard Windows "Add/Remove Programs" utility before installing HMP 3.0.
If you have previously installed a PowerMedia HMP 1.1 service update, you must first uninstall the SU using the standard Windows "Add/Remove Programs" utility and then uninstall PowerMedia HMP 1.1 before installing PowerMedia HMP 3.0.
