Avaya Modular Messaging PBX Interoperability Matrix

Dialogic Media Gateways are designed and tested for PBX interoperability with the installed base of enterprise communications systems. They are also tested and approved for use with Avaya Modular Messaging. The PBX interoperability matrix below provide guidance on tested interoperability (where available) for many different PBX models.

Explanation of PBX Interoperability Status:

The PBX interoperability matrix above includes a column – labeled “Interop Status” – indicating the current status between the listed PBX, media gateway, and Avaya Modular Messaging. The explanation for each of the various status codes is as follows:

  • Lab Tested
    Dialogic has successfully lab tested interoperability between the listed PBX, gateway and protocol . Configuration notes may be work in progress for posting at a later date.
  • Field Tested
    Dialogic or an integration partner has successfully deployed the listed gateway with the listed PBX and Avaya Modular Messaging.

Don’t See Your PBX Model Listed? Most PBXs will work with Dialogic Media Gateways and are therefore supported, provided a few simple conditions are met. More information about using PBXs that are not listed on this page can be found here.
