Course Overview

The “Dialogic® ControlSwitch™ System (Class 5 IMS) Concepts” eLearning module offers participants with an alternative learning method on the architecture and functionality of the ControlSwitch System 6.x platform.  This learning path includes a series of learning objects and combines narrated animations, simulations and the learner required to take an active part while learning.  Assessments and quizzes are integrated in the learning modules and will enable the learner to evaluate his or her achievements.
