Nick Jensen

Nick Jensen

Nick Jensen has been President and CEO of Dialogic since April 2002 and serves as Chairman of Dialogic's Board of Directors. Jensen has 22 years of successful entrepreneurial experience. In 1987 he co-founded Exatec A/S, a Danish distributor of computer components and products that was sold to Arrow Electronics Inc. He then founded PnP Technology, a printer-interface company, and with a partner acquired i-data international a/s in 1998. Throughout his career, Jensen has been an active investor in IT companies, including Connect International (sold to Olicom A/S in 1992), Phase One Denmark A/S, Netlog A/S and Mermaid Technology A/S. Prior to beginning his career, Jensen concentrated on sales, marketing and finance during his studies.

Alex Guira

Alex Guira

Alex Guira is a Managing Director with Investcorp Technology Partners, part of Investcorp International, a global alternative investment firm. Before he joined Investcorp in 2002, Guira worked as a Partner at 212 Ventures in New York. He also held positions before that as President of Fairlawn Partners, Vice President of Scoggin Capital Management, and as an analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York. He currently sits on the boards of Antares, Dialogic, GENBAND, Kentrox, and Vaultus. Guira holds a BA in Business Economics and Organizational Business and Management from Brown University.

Anand Radhakrishnan

Anand Radhakrishnan

Anand Radhakrishnan is a Principal with Investcorp Technology Partners, part of Investcorp International, a global alternative investment firm. Radhakrishnan joined Investcorp in 2002. Previously, he was with The Carlyle Group in Washington, D.C., where he worked in the Venture Capital Group and at Robertson Stephens in San Francisco, where he was a member of the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Team. He currently sits on the boards of Dialogic, Kentrox and Platform Solutions. Radhakrishnan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

Dion Joannou

Dion Joannou Dion Joannou has 13 years of experience with Nortel Networks where he held a number of leadership positions in the Wireless and ATM/IP businesses, culminating in a position as President of Nortel North America from August of 2005 to August of 2007. While serving in this capacity, Joannou was responsible for overseeing 50% of Nortel's revenues of between $5 and $6 billion, derived from both the enterprise and carrier markets. Joannou holds a Bachelor of Arts - Marketing degree from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. 

Mikael Konnerup

Mikael Konnerup

Mikael Konnerup has almost 30 years of experience in the IT industry, after working in Superfos and IBM, he held positions as CEO at Connect International, and CFO at Olicom A/S. In 1994, Konnerup founded Dico A/S, a development/venture company with its primary focus on growth oriented IT companies. During his leadership as CEO of A/S Dico, the company invested in approximately 40 companies, mostly located in Denmark. Konnerup has been a shareholder in Dialogic Corporation since 2002. He also serves on various Boards of technology companies based in Europe. Konnerup has an MBA from the Copenhagen Business School.

Pierre McMaster

Pierre McMaster

Pierre McMaster graduated from École Polytechnique of Montreal in 1982 in Electrical Engineering. As an entrepreneur, McMaster started and successfully managed two companies in the high tech arena: Teknor from 1988 until 1997 and then Kontron from 1998 until 2003. Both of them became publicly traded, with market capitalization of over Cad 2 Billion in the case of Kontron. While at Kontron, McMaster was directly involved in over 20 acquisitions and turnarounds. In 2002, McMaster became a shareholder in Eicon Networks Corporation. In 1998 McMaster started personally investing in over 10 companies, with some of them generating a very high return on investment. Since 2002, McMaster has been involved in private equity and recently joined Novacap, which just raised $650 million for a buy-out fund.  

Rajneesh Vig

Rajneesh Vig is a Managing Director with Tennenbaum Capital Partners. Prior to joining TCP in 2006, Vig was a Director in Deutsche Bank’s Global Markets division in New York where he focused on originating and executing structured credit investments as a member of the bank’s Principal Finance group and was a Director in the bank’s Technology Investment Banking group in San Francisco. He also held positions before that at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Anderson in New York.  He currently sits on the boards of Celerity, Dialogic and Enterasys and is a board observer to Vitesse.  Vig received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Connecticut College and earned his M.B.A. in Finance from New York University. He is a licensed CPA and has successfully completed the CFA program..
