We have some big news today at Dialogic Media Labs.  We are happy to announce that Dr. Jeffrey Bloom has joined the Dialogic team as our Director of Video Technologies.

Jeffrey is a world-renown researcher, and is a co-author of the seminal text on digital watermarking.  He is a native of Massachusetts and received his BS and MS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his PhD from the University of California at Davis.  He has worked at some of the leading companies in the video industry, including NEC, the Sarnoff Corporation, and Thomson.  He has received six patents and has over twenty more in the pipeline.  

At Dialogic, Jeffrey will be leading our effort in video "analytics" - software to perform functions such as image analysis, quality measurement, and security applications.  His arrival brings a new set of skills to the Dialogic Media Labs team, and supports the Dialogic mission to become market leader in the intelligent video space.

Jeffrey lives in the Princeton, New Jersey area and will be based at our Dialogic Media Labs office in Eatontown, New Jersey.  We are thrilled that Jeffrey has decided to join our team at Dialogic, and we are more confident than ever that Dialogic will be making innovation thrive in next-generation video.
