The growth of video is explosive. YouTube users were uploading 15 hours of video per minute this January, and recently that rate has jumped to 20 hours per minute - and continues to climb steadily. At the same time, viewers are not only time-shifting and place-shifting, but now also device-shifting - that is, they want to watch video when they want, where they want, and on their device of choice.
