DSI LoadBalance and HA

  • Hi everyone,

I'm using DSI to connect to STP (Telco) through Sigtran. We have 2 servers and everything is ready for load balance and HA by using "dual-Chassis Fault Tolerance" method. But in case of increasing the number of AS node (3,4 ... server to share a load), i cannot find any way to configure with the number of nodes greater than two. By the way, in the document of Dialogic, it seems to fix the max number of node (Dual: 2 nodes) , the options of DUAL are only A and B, no C, D,E ... So, is there any method to extend the node? please help. Thank you

  • "dual-Chassis Fault Tolerance" supports only 2 nodes. If you need more than 2 nodes, you shall look at the software version of the SIU.

  • Thank Franck for your support. By the way, the picture below is Dual-Chassis Fault Tolerance, could you please tell me whether the Unit A can receive the response from Unit B via RSI link or NOT ? Thank you very much :)

  • Yes, it could.

  • Thank you very much :)
