Hello we are using a 4 line PCIU card and are experiencing an issue with the system hanging up before the answering machine connects. We have been able to program around the issue in a config file but it would be preferable to make an adjustment on the Dialogic side if there is a setting to adjust.
Typical ring time is 4-5 rings approximate 18 sec before no answer.
We are running the same software at multiple locations without this issue, so this is a bit perplexing.

Sound like you might need to adjust the rings parameter in the dx-cap structure:unsigned short ca_nbrdna; /* # of rings before no answer. */
