No audio in outgoing call

    Hello,

    i have a problem with one PBX (SI3000) using outgoing call (HMP SU 361). The external outgoing call is made normally and audio files are played properly. With the internal PBX call the situation is different - the call is connected, Dialogic plays the file but on the other end  nothing is heard. As far as I understand the PBX in SIP "ringing" message indicates the new destination IP address but Dialogic didn't react. How to solve this issue?

    Unfortunately this may be a use case which is not supported as of yet in HMP 3.0 SU baseline. It appears to follow that of Offer/Answer model variant. As per rfc3264 and the application section is “8.3.1 8.3.1 Modifying Address, Port or Transport ”:

    I see the incoming 180 and 200ok have different IP address and ports of which would fall in that category. Also, the initial 180 has sendonly so it probably does not change from that.

    This would have to be raised as an FR to a dialogic sales team to determine if enhancement can be done to add this functionality.
