I'm using diva pci card. It successfully handle the incoming calls but i am unable to make out going calls.Plz tell me what is problem.Is it problem of the card or pcm line or instalation problem
There are many reaosns why an outbound call may not connect.
The best tool to use to test this is the line test tool, which is in the Dialogic Diva program group.
I woudl recommend that you start by going through the various tests here which will help you work out where the problem area is:
