After reading this post from a few years ago:
http://www.dialogic.com/den/forums/p/3704/14323.aspx#14323
I now find myself in a similar position. After the LSG error in ACIC2 pointed me back to ARTD, I entered 12 & 13 for my B & D channels respectively but still no link up between the PBX and Gateway. So I'm curious if anyone with a like configuration would share their programming notes, LRTD/LRTI tables, card switch settings etc... or has Dialogic updated the Integration Notes as promised and I just haven't found them yet?
Thanks in advance!

Have you reviewed our 1 QSIG integration note located @: http://www.dialogic.com/support/helpweb/mg/iw1904.aspx#nec? When you say no link up what does that mean? Are you see physical layer connection and framing aligned but no dchannel? Or just red alarm? I may be able to get a screen shot capture of our PBX programming (which works here BTW), but i am afraid it may still reflect whats in the integration note mentioned above.

That note is the one referenced in the post from 2007, yes I have it and also:
http://www.dialogic.com/microsoftuc/notes/NEC-NEAX2400IPX-T1QSIG_Serial_MCI-TIMGDTI_m.pdf
which is similar if not identical in respect to information given for the PRI/Gateway QSIG configuration. I am seeing the red "PCM" alarm light lit on the card in the PBX, and a steady red "Alarm" on the front of the Gateway. The "Link" light of the Gateway is changing from red to orange to green in an indeterminate pattern. By link I mean that I should see no alarm indications present. Shouldn't I get that even though no traffic is passing between the two?
I'm using LENs 052200-052237 for my card (the PBX is a full "wall"). My T1 cable is wired as T568B on the Gateway 8P8C plug, with the other end's orange pair is punched down on the switch tail to pair 20 (052233) and the blue to 24 (052237). I was curious if the blue pair on pins 4 & 5 of the 8P8C plug needed to have tip and ring reversed, but changing that hasn't made any difference.

Sounds like it could be cabling. If 1&2 at the PBX go to 1&2 on the DMG, try making 1&2 go to 4&5, and 4&5 to 1&2 (T1 crossover - xmit tip and ring to transmit tip and ring). Also, if here is a CSU in-between, trying bypassing that as well. As far as the T1 lamps go, the top one should be amber at first, and the bottom green if the cabling is correct. Once the DMG gains d-channel, the top LED will go out, and the bottom will remain green. If you have red on top and flashing multi colors at the bottom....sounds like a cable issue.
Hope this helps..
It helped. :-)
To those that might find this in a later search, if you wire your 8P8C plug on the Dialogic Gateway side as T568B, your connections to the NEC are: White/Orange ->TB Orange/White ->TA White/Blue->RA Blue/White->RB. For the actual pairs to use on your switch-tail punchdown block, consult the NEC Circuit Card documentation for the PA-24PRTB-A to find the LT connector info for the slot you installed your card in.
OK Dave, I have the alarm lights out on both the PBX and the Gateway, but rather than green, the Link light on the Gateway is orange. Note that I do not have the serial MCI bus connections for the MWI function hooked up if that makes any difference.
Also please note that on page 7 of the Integration document you referenced, the ARTD screenshot shows CDN 1 Signal interface for Outgoing as 6 (Sender, delay dial start), while the text does not indicate to change the setting from the default of 0 (#7 CCIS). That's why I was asking for a look at someone's working ARTD & ARTI listups (LRTD & LRTI) to see if there was something else entered besides the TCL, L/T and AC fields mentioned.
Thanks for hanging in there with me!
Sounds like it is pending d-channel now. Make sure you did not make any changes to Telephony Port Interface Side (default 110ft). Also try to bring up the T1 on the PBX side / reset it.
We had kind of centered on the QSIG protocol because we had many customers looking for that one with the intent to test out others and do config notes as time permits. The QSIG documentation contradicts itself in the ARTD paper writing configuration by stating that LSG is to be configured as Loop Start instead of ISDN. QSIG is a sub-set of ISDN and loop start is a T-1 or POTS function?
