Hi All,
I would appreciate your help in resolving the problem of getting D/41JCT-WEU (Western Europe) answering in DL320 G6 W2K3 R2 Server.
- Dialogic 6.0 PCI Update 235 being installed according to documentation.
- During the installation the board is detected and drivers are installed.
- After reboot, DCM started and the only applied setting is "SCBus" under TDM Bus configuration.
- The board started normal in DCM, however, when ringing plugged extension in the board the "Ansrtsmt" Demo program doesn't answer!!!
So far we have tried following:
- DL320 G6 HP Server Bios was updated with latest firmware.
- Windows installed again with the use of SmartStart HP CD-Rom.
- The D/41JCT-LSWEU was pulled from the server and tried in another machine which works without any problem.
- From the "...\Dialogic\log\" folder no much information logged. RTF and PDK logs as posted are not relevant to JCT boards.
- In the BIOS we have almost disabled all features have to do with PCI. For example, Dual Core, Hyberthreads, memory Protection ..etc. Also the advice on how to disable the PAE was done.
Your help and tips in about this issue are much appreciated.
