hi i installed a intel dialogic card D/41 JCT-LS in windows speech server2007.the card was installed properly.the issue is that when i open the netmerge call manager configuration i can find four phone extensions configured for testing.it indicates that the "agent is ready" when i connect the analog phone to the dialogic card and try to call from the analog phone i can hear the ring.i need to hear" WELCOME MSG".but i was not able to hear anything.when i check the event viewer i get the error msg "A fatal driver error has occured : error return from R4 library : dx_playiottdata : DeviceID = 0 : Function not supported".when i try to call from a X-lite from my system i can able to hear the msg.the issue is couldnt hear the MSG through the dialogic card.please advise....
Do you know what version of call manager that you are running? I have to say that it has been a while since I have touched it but may be able to help. Sounds like it may be configured correct as the call is getting into the test harness. However not able to play...can you make outbound calls and play files?
Sorry asking this dummy question: did you connect your phones directly to the board? I hope no. This will not work.
