Can someone assist me in finding the serial number on my DMG2030? There are no stickers on any side of the device. I have looked though all the pages of the web management interface and don't see it there. I have searched on-line and in this forum and find nothing.
If anyone from Dialogic is listening...you shouldn't make this so difficult!

The serial number can be found on the bottom of the DMG printed on a small sticker - it should be two letters followed by six digits.

OK, thanks for the quick response. I tried to look under the unit without pulling out the server under it and initially did not see the sticker.
Since the S/N is needed for any support issues, is there any chance of adding the S/N in the web interface for reference? This would make life a whole lot easier rather than looking at a sticker on the chassis (especially when they are already rack mounted).

That would be great. We went ahead and put a sticker on the front of ours, but it would have saved pulling servers out of the rack to look for it. A model number on the front would be nice too.
