DMG 2060-no loop current on Televantage PBX E1

We recently installed a DMG2060 in between our telco box and PBX, for a Lync implementation. We have Vertical TeleVantage on the PBX side. The TeleVantage box is a Windows 2003 server. It has a Dialogic D/300 PCI E1 card.

It seems that randomly, the 30 channels on the PBX/TeleVantage server go No Loop Current, one after another, and all channels go offline. If I restart the trunk, they go back to Idle. This started when we put the 2060 in. If we remove it, problem stops.

For each of the channels that goes down, there is Windows event log. Source: Televantage, Category: None, Event ID: 118, Description: Stopped using trunk XX: the trunk may have been disconnected.

Ideas on where in the 2060 this issue might be addressed? Something in the D/300 config?

Any help appreciated

Thanks
