Resetting SCTPD FAILS / S7_MGT failed

hello guys ,

                     i am new in this area , kindly keep patience .

 i am trying to make a M2PA configuration , but while running ./gctload command it is showing some error as

S7_MGT Tx: M-I0000-t7295-i0000-fcf-dd0-s00-r8000-pefefd1000000000000000000
S7_MGT Rx: M-I0000-t3295-i0000-fd0-dcf-sff-r0000-pefefd1000000000000000000
Resetting SCTPD fails
S7MGT: FAILED
S7_MGT Tx: M-I0000-t0f09-i0000-fcf-def-s03-r0000
S7L:2012-08-09 15:45:04.850 I0000 M t0f09 i0000 fcf def r0000 s03 e00000000

please share what does it mean and how it could be resolved ..
