We don't support Java directly, but there are some techniques to connect "C" code to Java apps, like Java Native Interface (JNI).
There are various ways you can use Dialogic software and hardware either to take part in the SMS conversation, or simply to passively monitor a stream to extract SMS activity. In both cases you're talking about the MAP protocol layer.
