I'm trying to configure a brand new DMG1008LSW. My problem so far is any calls coming in the gateway does not grab the number that was dialed by the sender, which means that I can't route any incoming faxes inside Rightfax. In the call log, here is what it is being displayed:
Line are all analog and are connected through a system called Centrex. I'm not a PBX expert but my understanding is that Centrex is a PBX-like service located at a CO.
Any configs on the DMG could cause that?

My first guess is that it is not sending DNIS...so it cannot route without it. But you can always hard code that number in the DMG's routing table.
Thanks for the quick reply Dave. When you say ''it is not sending the DNIS'', you are talking about the telephony side? The DNIS isn't sent by the PBX or Centrex to the DMG?
