We have recently upgraded IVR Infrastructure where we have "DMG 2000 Media Gateways, model # DMG2120DTISQ" as an interface between the IVR Application and Call Center Switch. The problem is that the postdial data is not sent to Call center Switch. We are not sure if we need to change any configuration in DMG Gateway to pass the POST DIAL (postd) data once call is sent to Call Center Switch.
FYI, Call Center Switch is on Avaya Communication Manager V2.2 & V4.0
Any help to resolve this issue is highly appreciated.
