Flash hook length

We develop a program that sends out calls using a D/4PCIU card. Can anyone tell me the length of the flash hook for a D/4PCIU card? Usually its 450-550ms, but I haven't been able to find the answer to this question, so I am hoping someone can answer this.

non-silence detection

Hi, How can i detect non-silence event on springware boards in linux? can i trust to non-silence detection to record voice when i detect non-silence event ? or maybe it be noise? thank you in advance.
