Course Overview
The Dialogic® CSP Converged Services Platform Training course provides a solid understanding of how to implement switching solutions using Dialogic® SwitchKit Development Environment and the Converged Services Platform. This in-depth course addresses CSP Platform hardware architecture and components, software architecture, software features, and API messages. The course also provides a solid working knowledge of the SwitchKit software. The attendees perform hands-on lab exercises to initialize and configure the system; implement system redundancy; and perform basic call processing using a Switchkit application. Lab exercises are SwitchKit-based and thoroughly address all features of the SwitchKit OA&M system.
Duration
5 days
Key Products
Target Audience
Application developers and network engineers who will architect and design switching solutions using Converged Services Platforms; systems engineers and experienced switch technicians who require a solid understanding of switch operation.
Objectives
