Dialogic to Address Service Reliability of IP-based Communications During Webinar

Parsippany, NJ, June 14, 2016 -  Dialogic, a cloud-optimized applications and infrastructure solutions provider for service providers, enterprises, and developers, announced today that the company will host a live webinar event titled “Service Reliability of IP-based Communications is Not Optional,” discussing the impact of load balancers on service reliability.  The live event is scheduled for June 24, 2016 at 11 AM EDT and will also be available afterwards for on-demand playback.

The one-hour event will provide an in-depth examination on the trends behind the growing demand for IP-based applications services, focusing on techniques to improve reliability of large-scale deployments.

“As Hosted IP Telephony services and Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) are projected to eclipse $10 billion in 2016, reliability of these services has been increasingly important,” said Michael Suby, Vice President of Research at Frost and Sullivan. “WebRTC has emerged as an important technology for delivering communications applications to web browsers and mobile devices…regardless of where the platform is hosted and by whom. Preserving service reliability at a TDM level is essential for user productivity and for service providers, business longevity, and growth.”

“In this webinar we will describe how a purpose-built real-time communications load balancer is a critical element in preserving reliability in IP-based communications,” said Alan Percy, Senior Director of Product Marketing at Dialogic.  “The content for the program is tailored for those responsible for real-time communications network designs, architectures, and application development.”
