If you are a PowerVille Application, BorderNet Virtualized SBC or PowerMedia XMS customer integrating and reselling, or developing applications on Dialogic products, the Silver, Gold or Platinum Service Agreement provides you with software updates and technical support support for these products. PowerMedia XMS development enquiries are included. The Gold Service Agreement is suitable for mission-critical environments because it includes 24 x 7 support for critical issues.
