Bonus Rebate Program

Purchase up to two Dialogic® Media Gateways (DMGs) or Dialogic® BorderNet™ 500 Gateways (BN500s) in the same order as your Eligible Product(s) and receive an additional rebate.  (See: Bonus Rebate Terms and Conditions)

How Your Rebate Is Calculated  

The products that you are purchasing are considered "Eligible Products", and the products that you are replacing and sending back to Dialogic are referred to as "Trade-In Products." A detailed list of Eligible Products and Trade-In Products is available here.

Rebates are qualified for and calculated based on the number and types of fax ports you are purchasing, as well as the number of fax ports you are trading in. To qualify for a rebate, the number of ports on the Eligible Product(s) in your order must be equal to or greater than the number of fax ports on the Trade-In Product(s) that you are trading in to Dialogic.  Your rebate is calculated as $100.00 (US) per “Eligible “ port of Dialogic® Brooktrout® Fax Boards or Dialogic® Technology Expansion Capability (TEC) purchased and $50.00 (US) per “Eligible” port of Dialogic® Brooktrout® SR140 Fax Software purchased.  You may receive rebates on multiple orders of Eligible Products, provided that the Eligible Product and Trade-In Product port requirement is met for each order.

To receive an additional rebate, you can also include one (1) or two (2) qualifying DMG or BN500 units (or bundles) as part of the same order as your Eligible Product(s).  Your additional rebate is determined according to a separate rebate schedule, available in Appendix A of the Product List.

The Fax Upgrade Program applies only to purchases made between October 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011. The Program is available worldwide.  Again, please be sure to read the applicable Fax Terms and Conditions for the program before applying for a rebate. 

When you are ready, fill in the form on this page (starting October 15, 2011). You will need the model number and serial number for your Eligible Product(s) and your Trade-In Product(s). 

If you wish to submit a Trade-In Product that is not among those listed, then before submitting your rebate request, contact us and provide the brand name, model, and description, including number of ports in the text field on the last screen.  We will review your request and let you know if your proposed Trade-In Product(s) is/are acceptable.
