Dialogic Corporation Appoints Kevin Cook as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Parsippany, New Jersey, October 1, 2008 - Dialogic Corporation ("Dialogic"), a global provider of world-class products and technologies for media and signal processing, today announced the appointment of Kevin Cook as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. In this new capacity, Mr. Cook will be charged with growing, developing and leading the company's sales, service and support organizations. He will have direct responsibility for creating strategic and tactical plans that maximize growth and profitability and for accelerating the company's global expansion efforts.

Mr. Cook has extensive leadership experience in the communications industry and brings to Dialogic a broad background in senior level sales and channel management, business development and strategic and operational planning. Most recently, he served as Vice President, North America at Avaya Inc., where he directed a 1700 person organization that spanned sales, field marketing and support functions. Prior to that, he held senior level sales management positions at Lucent Technologies and AT&T. Mr. Cook has degrees in Business Administration and Communications from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and is a member of various professional affiliations.
