Dialogic Corporation to Present “Multimedia Enhancements for the Next-Generation Contact Center” at SpeechTEK 2009

WHO: Chris Fullam of Dialogic Corporation ("Dialogic"), a global provider of world-class products and technologies for multimedia and signal processing, has been invited to speak at SpeechTEK 2009.

With more than 29 years of industry experience, Fullam is the director of product management responsible for Dialogic's Media Enabling products that includes the JCT, DMV, CG and DIVA families of telephony boards as well as the Host Media Processing software products.

This role builds on Fullam's previous positions as director of product management for Dialogic's MultiMedia Platforms and Service Provider Media products and his role as engineering manager for HMP Software, DMV telephony boards and speech products. Fullam has been with Dialogic since 1995.

WHAT: Fullam's session at SpeechTEK 2009 will be on "Multimedia Enhancements for the Next-Generation Contact Center" and will discuss the market trends driving the latest advancements in contact center solutions, as well as the key multimedia standards and technical components behind these advancements.
