- Case StudyAs a leading-provider of automated callback solutions, Netcall continually strives to deliver innovative new services to its customers based on the very latest technologies. Netcall looked to Dialogic® technology to provide voice processing and other features such as tone signaling, along with a voice path from the Netcall servers to customer switches for its hosted solution. Dialogic's use of open standards allows Netcall to use the latest PCIe equipment and to plan a roadmap to IP and SIP incorporating Dialogic® Host Media Processing Software.
- Case StudyPBZ Card selected LIVE (Logos Interactive Voice Engine) for its new state-of-the-art contact center, which allowed PBZ Card to double its call volume without adding agents. The IP-based solution uses the open standards CCXML and VoiceXML and Dialogic® Host Media Processing (HMP) Software.
- Case StudyPossimo Technologies has developed a robust system for replenishing mobile minutes based on the session-to-session USSD protocol. USSD allows a faster, more secure, menu-based system, which can slash transaction time from 30 seconds to 7 seconds for a savings of 77% on each transaction. Because SS7 is used to pass transactions through the USSD gateway, Possimo needed reliable SS7 equipment that could be added to its system easily, and chose the Dialogic® Signaling Server with the Signaling Interface Unit (SIU) option and a Message Transfer Part (MTP) stack, also from Dialogic.
- Case StudySNT Multiconnect chose ConverCom's Carrier Service Factory, which combines the benefits of conventional SS7 technology with those of open systems by using Dialogic® components and the carrier-grade integration of Envox multi-channel communications functionality in its move to a more flexible network.

Vienna International Airport (VIE), one of the busiest in Europe, wanted to provide robust and secure unified messaging on 600 voice mailboxes using its legacy phone system. VIE also wanted to add mobile access and enable control of major Microsoft® Outlook® functions via the telephone. - Case StudyHEC moved from Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 to Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 to take advantage of the UM functionality in the new Microsoft release. On the advice of its parent company Siemens, HEC also successfully connected its IP system to the PSTN with a Dialogic® 3000 Media Gateway.
