Host Media Processing Software

Dialogic® Host Media Processing (HMP) Software (available in Linux and Windows® versions) performs multimedia processing tasks on general-purpose servers without requiring the use of specialized hardware. The Linux version supports high density advanced multimedia features such as video transcoding (H.263 and MPEG-4), video conferencing, video transrating and 3G-324M Release 99 for TDM and NbUP. Both versions support video (H.263), T.38 and V.17 Fax, speech integration, and enhanced RTP (G.723, G.729). For call control over IP, both versions support industry-standard SIP protocol. Among the many applications that can be developed with HMP Software are voice and video conferencing servers,voice and video messaging, voice and video mail, voice and video portals, IVR and announcements,  and contact centers.

HMP Interface Boards

The Dialogic® HMP Interface Boards (DNI Boards) provide a native PSTN interface to Dialogic® Host Media Processing (HMP) Software, enabling efficient VoIP gateway functionality to be built into Dialogic HMP Software applications.

IP Boards

Dialogic® DM/IP Boards can be used to build IP telephony solutions for the enterprise and service provider markets. These IP boards support the H.323 and SIP standards and can be used in IP gateways, IP media servers (voice mail/unified messaging), and IP conferencing servers, as well as debit/calling card and many other applications.

The Dialogic® IPT Boards are standards-based VoIP interface boards that can be used to develop scalable, carrier-ready IP telephony gateways, media servers, IP-PBX, and IP contact center solutions.

Dialogic® CG Series Media Boards can be used for IP telephony applications and can provide full-duplex universal port capabilities, which can support a combination of voice play/record, tone detection/generation, echo cancellation, and voice compression, as well as trunking, fax, conferencing, and VoIP functions in a single PCI, CompactPCI, or PCI Express slot.

Multimedia Products

The Dialogic® Multimedia Platform for AdvancedTCA (MMP for ATCA) can be used to deliver applications such as voice and video mail, color ring-back tones, unified messaging, and video conferencing over IP and PSTN interfaces in wireline and wireless environments using standard protocols for session and media control.

The Dialogic® Multimedia Kit for PCIe (MMK for PCIe) provides a powerful, flexible, and cost-effective combination of hardware and software that enables developers to deliver innovative multimedia applications on PCI Express. Applications can include video portals, ring-back tones, multimedia conferencing, and unified messaging over 3G wireless and IP networks using standard protocols for session and media control.

When you license additional software for the Dialogic® CG Series Media Boards described in the previous category, video and transcoding capabilities can be added to the other capabilities of these media boards to enable the development of multimedia applications.

Diva IP Software

Dialogic® Diva® softIP for SIP allows software applications based on standard CAPI or Dialogic® Diva® API (Diva SDK) programming interfaces to work with IP phones and softphones in an IP telephony environment. Since Diva softIP for SIP supports key supplementary telephony services such as call hold, call transfer, and multi-party conferencing, along with real-time Fax over IP (T.38 standard), Diva softIP for SIP can enable unified messaging and call center applications to work transparently with both legacy and IP telephony.

Dialogic® Diva® SIPcontrol™ Software converts Dialogic® Diva® Media Boards into SIP-enabled PSTN/IP gateways.

IP Media Server

The Dialogic® IP Media Server is a software-based product that leverages the simplicity, openness, and flexibility of SIP, VoiceXML, and MSCML to provide a cost-effective and scalable IP media server solution for carriers on industry-standard hardware platforms that run Red Hat Linux. The Dialogic IP Media Server can supply rich multimedia processing for transcoding, DTMF tone detection, fax tone detection, speaker identification and verification, video play and record, conference mixing, and simultaneous play/record, and has integrated support for Dialogic® Brooktrout® SR140 Fax Software.

Brooktrout FoIP

Dialogic® Brooktrout® SR140 Fax Software provides Fax over IP (FoIP) capabilities for integrating fax servers and fax document management solutions with VoIP networks. The Brooktrout SR140 can be deployed in SIP, H.323, and MGCP environments and provides native SIP and H.323 support.

The Dialogic® Brooktrout® TR1034 Fax Board offers both TDM- and IP-based fax capabilities for network-based fax applications and integration with document management and business process automation systems. The Brooktrout TR1034 can also provide an easy migration path from traditional TDM-based fax systems to hybrid and all-IP fax systems.
