Dialogic® Pro™ Services deliver a full range of service capabilities that can mitigate risk and provide rapid service deployment for businesses that create products or services for mobile and fixed telecoms worldwide. Each customer can choose among a wide array of contracts and service levels to suit specific needs. With Dialogic’s solid experience as a partner for service providers, software vendors, and enterprises around the world, Dialogic Pro Services provide a truly global footprint of service capabilities, which are purpose-built to address the needs of service providers and vendors developing and deploying the most complex solutions at the most exacting service levels.

A seasoned team with a proven track record and unparalleled product knowledge allows Dialogic to deliver assistance in the design phase, smooth deployment, and solid maintenance through its Dialogic Pro Services offerings that will please the most demanding customers and greatly increase future business opportunity.

Dialogic provides two types of service contracts: Service Agreements and Per Unit Plans. Both are available at premium and standard levels.

Service Agreements

Service Agreements at both the premium and standard levels are available in two versions. One version is designed for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) who do not resell Dialogic products. A second version (referred to as "plus") combines the features and benefits of both a Service Agreement and a Per Unit Plan, and is designed for Value Added Resellers (VARs), Original Equipment Manufactures (OEMs), or large Enterprises who are providing support for Dialogic products. Per Unit Plans

Per Unit Plans harness Dialogic's expertise to help ensure a specific level of availability and performance for Dialogic® products and are sold separately as price list items through Dialogic distribution and reseller channels. They are registered at time of purchase to provide service coverage for specific Dialogic product units. The links below will direct you to more information about the Per Unit Plans at each level.

Optional Additional Services

Dialogic offers a comprehensive suite of optional services for purchase, which are designed to target specific requirements.

Dialogic® OEM Partner Services

Dialogic® OEM Partner Services (OPS) provide integration, testing, sourcing, and support services for Telecom Equipment Manufacturers (TEMs), VARs, and application developers worldwide who are deploying integrated solutions using Dialogic products. OPS will work with each customer to develop services according to the customer’s needs and specifications.

Dialogic® Pro™ Advantage Services

Because Dialogic products are deployed throughout the world in complex network, compliance, and application environments, Dialogic provides a variety of services to help deployment go smoothly. Dialogic® Pro™ Advantage Services support customers throughout their design, deployment, and maintenance product lifecycle stages. From advice during the design phase, through testing at Dialogic’s extensive lab facilities, to standards and compliance reviews, Dialogic Pro Advantage Services provide access to leading experts with unparalleled real-world experience. Note: Only customers who have purchased a Dialogic Pro Premium Service Agreement may also purchase Dialogic Pro Advantage Services.
