Dialogic® Pro™ Service Agreements

Dialogic® Pro™ Service Agreements are available in two types: premium and standard. Each type is availabe in two versions. One version is designed for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) who do not resell Dialogic products. A "plus" version combines both a Service Agreement and a Per Unit Plan, and is designed for Value Added Resellers (VARs), Original Equipment Manufactures (OEMs), or large Enterprises.who are providing support for Dialogic products. Purchasers of Premium Service Agreements may also purchase Dialogic Pro Advantage Services.
