Signaling Boards

Dialogic® SS7 boards are designed to meet the needs of telecommunications equipment manufacturers, systems integrators, and service providers deploying solutions worldwide.  Two families of SS7 products are available to enable affordable, high-performance, signaling applications.

Dialogic® Distributed Signaling Interface (DSI) boards are designed for distributed execution of SS7 message processing across board processors, application host CPUs, or separate signaling servers. The products in this family are:

- SS7MDL4 - Flexible board offering multiple levels of signaling link density for SS7 and ATM networks in rack-mount servers with low-profile or full-height PCIe peripheral slots. Flexible capacity licensing enables message processing from 16 to 124 low-speed links or 2 or 4 high-speed MTP or ATM links.

SS7LDH4 - Low-density, PCI Express, half-length. Ideal for small capacity nodes, e.g. 200 calls per second.  Board and protocol bundles are available to manage 1K, 2K, and 4K ISUP circuits over 2 or 4 low-speed links.

- SS7HD (SS7HDP, SS7HDE, and SS7HDC) - High-density, high-throughput boards in either PCI , PCI Express, or CompactPCI format. These boards offer either Channelized or HSL Q703 operation over T1/E1 links plus CT Bus, clear channel operation, and HiZ monitoring.

- SPCI - Lower-density, lower-throughput boards, which offer Channelized links over E1/T1 or V11 ports and monitoring.

Dialogic® TX Series SS7 Boards offer a range of throughput capacity and signaling protocol support within the Dialogic® NaturalAccess™ development environment.  The TX Series architecture combines TDM connectivity and transport with SS7 protocol layers required for higher-level application interface.  The products in the TX Series are:

 - TX Series (TX 5000E) - High and moderate capacity SS7 interface boards available in PCI Express form factor. TX boards support Channelized or HSL Q703 operation over T1/E1 links, HiZ monitoring and CT Bus data exchange.  Ethernet ports enable board-level redundancy.
