Dialogic® SS7HDC Board
Dialogic® SS7HDC boards (except model SS7HDCN16) offer SS7 performance and density for signaling, call control, wireless messaging, and intelligent network applications. Because the boards support up to 128 SS7 links or 4 high-speed links on a single CompactPCI board, high-density systems can be designed with high message signaling unit (MSU) throughput for the most demanding circuit and transaction applications.
SS7HDC boards are part of the Dialogic® Distributed Signaling Interface (DSI), which enables affordable, high-performance,distributed, cross-platform, cross-operating-system signaling applications.
| Features and Benefits | |
Conforms with DSI, enabling MTP3, ISUP, TUP, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, IS41, and INAP protocols supported onboard or used with other SS7 host protocol stack products from Dialogic and software-selectable T1 or E-1 digital network interfaces | Ensures reliable global deployment using protocols that are currently deployed in many networks worldwide |
| Supports between 8 and 128 low-speed SS7 links or up to 4 high-speed SS7 links, enabling the creation of powerful, scalable, cost-effective, high-density solutions. Capable of high message rates on all SS7 links | Accommodates very demanding mobile and intelligent networking transaction-intensive applications |
| SS7 linksets can be distributed over multiple boards | Enhances system reliability and removes single points of failure |
| Hot swap | Ensures high availability of service by allowing repairing or reconfiguring of the system without having to power the system off |
| PICMG 2.16 compatible | Ensures compatibility with most CompactPCI chassis offering backplane Ethernet capability |
