Dialogic® DSI Signaling Interface Unit based on Dialogic® DSI SS7G31 and SS7G32 Signaling Servers
The Dialogic® DSI SS7G31 and SS7G32 Signaling Servers offer developers a fully integrated standards-based signaling server, providing carrier-grade qualities including fault resiliency, scalability, and interoperability, making them ideal platforms for developing enhanced telephony services.
The Dialogic® DSI Signaling Interface Unit (DSI SIU) based on the DSI SS7G3x Signaling Servers are suitable for solutions in which a high throughput of signaling traffic is required. These servers offload signaling processing from the application servers, provide TDM and IP interfaces, and run a wide range of signaling protocols, including local variants, enabling worldwide deployment in a variety of applications.
| Features and Benefits | |
The DSI SIU integrates SS7 network interface boards and protocol layers of the Dialogic Distributed Signaling Interface Components enabling MTP, BICC, ISUP, TUP, SCCP, TCAP, INAP, GSM-MAP and IS-41, SIGTRAN M2PA and M3UA protocols to be supported on the signaling server or on application hosts. | Ensures reliable global deployment using protocols that are currently deployed in many networks worldwide |
| Up to 192 low-speed (64 Kbps) channelized SS7 links in 64 linksets or up to four high-speed (2 Mbps) Q.703 SS7 links configurable on a per-link basis. Up to 256 M2PA or 256 M3UA associations. Up to 64 application hosts served over IP. | Enables the creation of powerful, scalable, cost-effective, high-density mobile and intelligent networking transaction-intensive solutions |
| Supports resilient system architectures and multiple local point codes | Enables fault-resilient system architectures with redundant systems and standby IP ports when supporting individual or multiple networks |
| Common API across DSI boards, protocols, and servers and accross SS7 and SIGTRAN networks | Can reduce development costs by allows easy migration of applications to a higher performance platform |
| Dialogic integrated and field validated hardware and software systems based on a 1U network ready or 2U carrier-grade servers | Prevents revenue loss due to downtime |
| Includes host software for applications under many operating systems | Allows developers to choose the operating system most suited to their application host requirement |
| Supports two hard disk drives in a redundant RAID 1 configuration | Provides data and system resiliency to maintain application uptime |
