• Getting Started - To become "officially" trained on Dialogic® Brooktrout® FoIP Products, you must take the Dialogic® Brooktrout® Fax Over IP Advanced Training and pass the online FoIP exam.
  
  Dialogic® Brooktrout® Fax Over IP Advanced Training (Pre-requisite for taking FoIP test): The Dialogic® Brooktrout® Fax over IP Advanced Training course focuses on how to install and configure the IP-enabled Brooktrout TR1034 Fax Board and tBrooktrout SR140 Fax Software.  
  
  If you are new to Fax or FoIP, we also offer some basic courses to get you started:  
  • Fax Over IP - Understanding the Basics covers generic FoIP in an online tutorial
  • Dialogic® Brooktrout® Fax Standard Training is a face-to-face class where both TDM Fax and Fax Over IP basics are covered.

Both the online and standard classes are recommended, but are not a pre-requisite for signing up for the Advanced Training class.

• Online Testing: Once you have completed the Advanced FoIP Training Course, you may ask to take the online FoIP exam by sending an email to the Dialogic Training Center with your name and password. A link to the exam and login instructions will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

Once you pass the exam, you will be able to use the Dialogic® Brooktrout® FoIP  Trained and Tested logo on your print and online materials showing you are a Partner with premier training in the Fax Over IP .
