Dialogic Advance Replacement Insurance

What is Advance Replacement Insurance?

Advance Replacement Insurance is a service contract that customers can purchase via the distribution channel which provides a replacement product if a Dialogic hardware product fails due to hardware failure in normal operating conditions as defined in the published product specifications.

Advance Replacement Insurance may only be purchased within one month of the hardware purchase, and is available as a 1-year or 3-year service contract. This insurance becomes active two weeks after purchase date and may be renewed up to one month after expiry at the prevailing rates. ARI is only valid during the warranty period.

How are claims processed?

In order to process a claim, customers should contact their Dialogic support center. Once the problem has been validated, the customer then requests an advance replacement product from the Dialogic support center. As of January 1, 2008, Advance Replacement Insurance can be purchased on the following Dialogic products:
