All Dialogic® Pro™ Advantage Services are available as additional contracted services to customers who have bought a Dialogic Pro Premium SLA contract. Dialogic products are deployed throughout the world in complex network, compliance and application environments. Our experts are here to help your deployment go smoothly.

Contracted on-site support

For those customers who for see the need for on-site support visits by Dialogic engineers, on-site support events can be purchased as an additional service element to the Dialogic Pro Premium SLA contract.

First deployment support

At Dialogic we understand that the first network turn on is a time when rapid access to the right expert resources can be critical to success. We have a range of capabilities available to provide service providers, ISVs and system integrators the assured access they require.

System verification and test planning; System installation and test.

System verification and test planning are critical pre-deployment activities. Dialogic Pro Premium SLA contract customers are able to benefit from Dialogic’s extensive experience in these areas to ensure a smooth deployment.

Lab hosting of customer configurations

Dialogic has some of the most extensive media and signaling testing and communications lab facilities available anywhere. To ensure rapid and accurate testing and analysis, customer configurations may be hosted in these labs. For those customers in the business telecom space we have truly extensive PBX testing facilities.

Training

Dialogic Pro Premium SLA contract customers are eligible to receive chargeable in-depth technical training on the Dialogic Products covered by their contract, delivered by Dialogic staff experts.
