Application design assistance
Our Application Design Centres in Europe, Asia and The Americas have
experience in assisting in the design of many of the leading media
processing and signalling applications deployed today. Assistance is
available throughout the design and development lifecycle.
System architecture planning and design assistance is also available.
Program management
Large projects involve multiple threads and complex interfaces.
A dedicated Dialogic trained and experienced Program Manager
can be assigned to ensure optimal management of these elements.
Lab hosting of customer configurations
Dialogic has some of the most extensive media and signaling testing and
communications lab facilities available anywhere.
To ensure rapid and accurate testing and analysis, customer configurations
may be hosted in these labs. For those customers in the business telecom
space we have truly extensive PBX
testing facilities.
New product jump starts
In an environment where innovation is so critical to success, early access to new
product releases from Dialogic can deliver real competitive advantage.
A variety of new product release jump start programs is available.
Standards and compliance reviews
Dialogic has in-depth experience of relevant standards and compliance requirements
