Significant deployments are associated with great testing and certification efforts.
They therefore often require very long product support availability timelines.
Dialogic offers software assurance services to customers requiring certainty
that tested and certified product versions will continue to be maintained.
Advance replacement insurance
Ensuring the ready availability of replacement equipment is a key maintenance
concern. Dialogic provides optional advance replacement services to
Dialogic Pro Premium SLA contract customers which provide significant

Enhanced response times
Dialogic Pro Premium SLA contract customers have access to separately
changeable enhanced response times. A range of capabilities is available
to provide service providers, ISVs and system integrators the assured
response times they require to ensure performance for their own contracted service levels.
Extended response times
24 x 7 x 365 response is available to Dialogic Pro Premium SLA contract
customers at extra charge. We have a full range of options available
including international access, local support response and engineering
response.
On-site support events
On-site support events can be purchased as an additional service element
to the Dialogic Pro Premium SLA contract.
Lab hosting of customer configuration
Dialogic has some of the most extensive PBX testing and communications
lab facilities available anywhere. To ensure rapid and accurate analysis,
customer configurations may be hosted in these labs.
