The Dialogic® Pro™ Standard Support Agreement is for customers developing and deploying applications with Dialogic products who require an assured level of responsiveness and access to Dialogic’s expertise.The following is a summary of the benefits of the Dialogic Pro Standard Support Agreement.
- 1 authorized caller per contract
- 24 hour response time commitment
- Access to on-line defect database
- Access to on-line knowledge database
- Access to Dialogic product support engineers
- Software maintenance for Dialogic System Release Software including earlier supported revisions
Customers requiring an enhanced level of service beyond the Standard Support Agreement should consider purchasing a Dialogic Pro Premium Suppport Agreement which can be customized by adding any of the Dialogic Pro Advantage Services. These services are sold separately and are only available as part of the Dialogic Pro Premium Suppport Agreement.
