YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) AND THAT BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING THE
SOFTWARE ACCOMPANYING THIS AGREEMENT ("SOFTWARE") YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU ARE ACCESSING THE SOFTWARE
ELECTRONICALLY, YOU MUST INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS BY SELECTING THE "ACCEPT" OR “AGREE” BUTTON.
This Software is and shall at all times remain the property of Dialogic Corporation and/or its subsidiaries ("Dialogic").

This Software is not part of any standard Dialogic® product and is provided to you solely for the purpose of
demonstrating how to use one or more specific functions of a Dialogic® API (the “Permitted Use”). You are not
authorized to use this Software for any other purpose. Should you choose to use the Software for the Permitted Use,
you understand that (a) it does not represent a complete application and may omit code that could be needed in a
complete application and (b) it does not represent a recommendation on the part of Dialogic for you to write an
application in general, or a specific application based at least in part on the Software. You agree that you
shall not (a) disclose, copy, rent, lease, disseminate or otherwise distribute the Software, by any means or in
any form, without the prior written consent of Dialogic or (b) modify, enhance, supplement, create derivative
work from, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software to human
readable form.
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without
limitation, implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and warranty
against latent defects. Dialogic shall not be subject to any liability, in contract, tort (including negligence)
or otherwise arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Software. In particular, but without
limiting the generality of the foregoing, Dialogic shall not in any event be liable for any indirect, special,
incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, even if Dialogic has been advised of the possibility
of such damages.
