Fix / Solution:
The pdk_sw_e1_ntmd_io.cdp is designed specifically for the Nortel Meridian switch. The E1 link must be configured as "trunk" side and the signaling CAS protocol set to "Loop Start". Refer to the switch manual for configuration. You need to make sure the CAS signaling bits/timings are the same on the switch and the cdp file.
Incoming and outgoing calls are in reference to the CPE.
All ABCD bits are with respect to SENDing from LEI/M1 to CPE or RECEIVing from CPE to LEI/M1.
