Diva boards - Find the Serial Number and Part Number
Where to find the Serial Number (S/N)
On recent Dialogic® Diva® products the Serial Number is printed underneath a barcode and fixed to the bracket of a board, or to the back of the product.
The Serial Number is also printed on a label that is stuck on the side of the box that the board was packaged in.
Care should be taken not to confuse the Serial Number (which uniquely identifies the board) with the Part Number (which identifies the product).
What does the Serial Number look like?
The Serial Number of a Diva® product is a number which is a string of 13 or 14 digits which may have two dashes/hyphens in it, for example:
011107-008-12725.
Older Diva products have shorter serial numbers, in the format xxx-xxxxx, for example:
634-12548.
A product with a short serial number like this is now out of warranty.
What does the Part Number look like?
The Part Number is a number which is printed on a label fixed to the back of the product, and is in the one of the following formats:
56-xxxx-xx or 50-xxxx-xx
813-xxx-xx or 810-xxx-xx
800-xxx-xx or 803-xxx-xx.
