The above error is not specific to any Windows operating system version and is seen across Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista.

Reason for the issue:

There are two main possible reasons for this issue to be seen:

  1. While installing System Release 6.0 PCI Windows, if you don’t have local administrative privileges on your computer system.
  2. The size of the environment variable (Path) on the system has exceeded the maximum length allowed by the operating system and due to this setup cannot proceed.

Solutions:

  1. Ask your network administrator to set up administrative privileges as required and then install the Dialogic System Release for Windows.
  2. Reduce the size of the environment variable (Path) by deleting some unneeded paths which are not required and run the setup again.

Product List:

Dialogic® DM3 series and Dialogic® JCT series PCI, PCIe and cPCI products.
