Can Safepipe detect when someone is trying to compromize my network security?

Yes. The firewall on Safepipe offers an intrusion detection facility that detects, logs and acts upon suspect network activity such as port scans. The mechanism remembers traffic from hosts and is triggered if the network activity matches a specific pattern.
When the intrusion detection facility is enabled on Safepipe, it will log all perceived port scans, and additionally you may choose to have each IP address that was source to a port scan blocked by an implicit rule in the firewall. The blocked IP addresses can then be viewed on the 'Intrusion Detection' tab in the 'Network' > 'Firewall' section.
