  1. In the Windows 'Start' menu, select 'Settings' > 'Control Panel' > 'Network'.

    On the 'Configuration' tab, select the TCP/IP protocol and click on the 'Properties' button.

  2. Select the 'Gatway' tab.

  3. Click in the 'New gateway' entry field.

  4. Enter Safepipe's IP address (Ethernet 1 / LAN1). Then click the 'Add' button.

  5. The IP address of the gateway now appears in the list of 'Installed gateways'. Click 'OK' to apply the changes.

    Note: You can have more that one gateway to the Internet. The default gateway must be listed first.

  6. Click 'OK' to finish.
