Busy Out Disabled (default) - Calls will process.

Busy Out Enabled - Used during maintenance periods and will send a busy signal to an inbound caller. Also, if channel is set to 'busy out', that channel will continue with any calls that are in process. As the calls are hung up, they will go back to an idle state and not accept any more calls until the busy out feature is eventually disabled.
