Delivering Cloud Communications Services

Because service continuity is a key requirement for service providers specializing in cloud communications, Dialogic® BorderNet™ products are excellent choices because of their field-proven reliability, scalability, and ease of administration and maintenance.

Types of Cloud Services

In cloud-based voice and data communications services, telecom applications, switching, and storage are generally managed by third parties. These services can range from Voice over IP (VoIP) communications, IP contact centers, collaboration systems, and conferencing to hosted PBX and unified communications with voice, fax, video, and data requirements.

For the enterprise, cloud services can embed communications capabilities into business applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. For “on the move” business people, these services can be accessed through a smartphone, supporting increased productivity while away from the office.

Cloud can also provides click-to-call capabilities for IP contact centers and social networking sites, and access to Instant Messaging systems and video communications, broadening access for customers or the interlinking of people in a social group.
