Error D4/PCIU with Windows 7/10

  • The card driver for D4/PCIUF is installed correctly and VoiceGuide is handling incoming calls, reboot the computer and the drivers are no longer recognized.

    Attempted a fix but no luck.

  • Hi Valerio,   The D/4 card was sold to Sangoma on January 9, 2018.    Sangoma now provides technical support and services for the D/4 card.    Please work with Sangoma direct for all support related requests and assistance.  Please contact Sangoma Support at 920-886-8130 and follow the IVR prompts to reach the CCD product support group or visit Sangoma's web site at www.sangoma.com/support for available support options.
