Course Overview

The Dialogic® 1000 and 2000 Media Gateway Series (DMG1000/2000) - Advanced Configuration and Troubleshooting Web Training provides the experienced DMG1000/2000 administrator with information on how to configure the DMG1000/2000 specifically to communicate with a fax server based on the Dialogic® Brooktrout® SR140 Fax Software (SR140).  Information on number normalization and manipulation via the DMG1000/2000 gateway syntax will also be provided.  There will also be an overview of how to generate DMG1000/20000 trace debug logs and .pcap network traces; this overview will include information on reading those logs and being able to perform some troubleshooting prior to contacting Dialogic Support—or even eliminating the need to contact Dialogic Support in the first place.  An overview of .wav file tracing (DMG2000 only) will also be done.
